This type of CPM demonstrates consistent exponential growth measured in years and generally saturates a population segment or people group (Fudge, 2004) resulting in hundreds of churches. Such movements have stood the test of time with visionary, indigenous leadership guiding the movement with little or no need for outsider assistance (Smith, SR 2012a).
